MedicAlert

MedicAlert® is the only non-profit making, registered charity providing a life-saving identification system for individuals with hidden medical conditions and allergies. This takes the form of body-worn bracelets or necklets (known as MedicAlert® Emblems) bearing the MedicAlert® symbol on the disc and supported by a 24 hour emergency telephone service. Each member receives an Emblem that is engraved with the wearer’s main medical condition(s) or vital details, a personal ID number and a 24 hour emergency telephone number that can access their details from anywhere in the world in over 100 languages.

We are an independent charity working towards improving the quality of life for people with epilepsy and their families across Merseyside and Cheshire. For over 40 years, we've been providing a free and confidential community service which aims to give support and information on a personal basis.

National Centre for Young People with Epilepsy

NCYPE is the major provider of specialist services for young people with epilepsy in the UK. The Centre is a charity and works in partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Trust and the Institute of Child Health. It is based at a 200 acre site in Lingfield, Surrey and includes St Piers School, a Further Education College, a National Assessment Centre and research and training facilities.

The David Lewis Centre for Epilepsy

The David Lewis Centre for Epilepsy is a charity, which provides a unique range of services for adults and children with complicated epilepsy. It was opened in 1904 through the generosity of David Lewis (1822-1885), who had pioneered department stores and left most of his fortune to be used for the benefit of the people of Liverpool and Manchester.
