What is @ease? Talking about mental health can be really hard, especially if you're young. Website-based @ease is a new mental health resource for young people under stress or worried about their thoughts and feelings. Why young people need @ease... There is so much to cope with — exams, starting work for the first time, relationships, drugs, leaving home... At times it can be really stressful and this is when young people are vulnerable to becoming ill. Many young people are frightened to ask for help because they don't understand what's happening to them. Often, they don't realise they are ill — only that something is wrong. Knowing where to get the right information can be difficult, but with @ease it's easy. You canBBC News - UK life blamed for ethnic schizophrenia
