Bad Ragaz is located 1700 feet above sea level, in the midst of the gentle hills of the Rhine Valley, in the foothills of the Alps. Charming and exciting, the mountains are not too rough, the valley with its meandering river still offers a feeling of freedom and space. However, there are still rugged, yet romantic gorges and fascinating mountain worlds reaching up to 9360 feet above sea level. The warm southerly wind gives the region its mild climate.
