Free Admission for All Barrow's flagship attraction, The Dock Museum, is housed in a stunning Victorian dry dock and traces the history of Barrow's growth from a tiny nineteenth century hamlet to a major industrial town. The displays look at the maritime, industrial and social history of the town, with multi-media interactives for all the family to enjoy. Strollers Coffee Shop provides a relaxing and popular venue for morning coffee, a light lunch and afternoon tea . Explore the Museum's local area with a new series of walk leaflets. Each one focuses on the built and natural heritage of the area and also detail those sections of the route accessible for someone in a wheelchair.
