Hartswell Farm is located 5 miles from the Eden Project. Relax, unwind and enjoy smoke-free air in the old granary, with outstanding Country Views and Spring Water.

Although designed and converted on one level with the less agile and disabled in mind, this property is equally well suited for a family holiday. Our guests are welcome to walk around the 52 acre farm (areas of which are suitable for wheelchairs) and help feed some of the many tame farm animals.

Our cows calve in Summer, the sheep lamb in Spring and hens hatch chicks around the farmyard watched by 'Wiggy' the pig and friendly white ducks.

Shower Room is equipped with wheeled shower chair. Both Shower room and bathroom have wet floors, and basins are height adjustable.

One of the twin beds is adjustable electric, with ceiling mounted hoist above, tracking to both bath and WC.

Kitchen has the usual fitting plus dishwasher. Hob and sink are fitted into adjustable height worktops.

Kitchen/dining/sitting spaces are open plan for flexibility, with views across the valley. Revealed beams Riser/Recliner and television/DVD. Underfloor heating for autumn and winter months.

Change -over for the Stables is a Friday, arrive at 4pm, Leave at 10am

We ask for a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
