It is located in a quiet and peaceful rural setting within the grounds of our grade II listed farmhouse just 2 miles from the pretty historic market town of Ashbourne.

Billy's Bothy is our latest luxurious self catering holiday cottage. Built of red bricks, it has delightful arched windows downstairs. Located in peaceful rural surroundings grazed by cattle and sheep with outstanding views.

This delightful cottage has just been fully restored from a redundant farm building. It is an 'upside down house' with 2 en suite bedrooms, the kitchen, dining room and lounge on the 1st floor giving direct access through large oak framed doors onto the patio and orchard area. On the ground floor are 3 more ensuite bedrooms, the entrance hall and a small gymnasium which will double as a small conference room.

This beautiful cottage is extremely well equipped and furnished to a high standard. It has its own patio and BBQ with ample off road private parking.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, auto washer, tumble drier, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Marble worktops and pine units enhance this character kitchen.
