Specialist equipment that is in place are wider doors throughout, level access.

Folding down grab rails to either side of w.c in ensuite, level access shower (shower chair provided which also goes over the toilet).

There is a Tempur pressure-relieving mattress on the double bed in the master bedroom and there is plenty of space for left or right hand transfers and for an electric hoist if required.

Access to the pool is via roman steps and a hydraulic pool hoist is available if required.

La Cala is a purpose built wheelchair accessible family Villa situated on an urbanisation only a few minutes drive from Javea which is on the Costa Blanca in Spain and renowned for it's beauty.

Alicante and Valencia airports are just over an hours drive from La Cala and Benidorm with all of its attractions is only a 40-minute drive

The Villa is level throughout and has widened doors for easy access. It has an open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining room with 3 Bedrooms (Master having ensuite with level access shower) and family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have French doors opening onto the pool terrace with direct access to the kidney shaped pool 10 x 5m.

The Kitchen is equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Electric oven, microwave and Gas Hob a Washing machine is provided and is in the main bathroom. Arches separate Kitchen, Dining Area and Lounge. Cable T.V and DVD/CD player are provided. Large Ceiling fans are in the Lounge and the 3 Bedrooms.
