The St Annes Hotel will accommodate up to fifty people in luxurious, modern and very comfortable bedrooms. These twin bedded, double bedded,
single bedded and family rooms have all been specifically designed and adapted to ensure a worry free holiday. Bedrooms and the en-suite
shower rooms are fully accessible should your client use a wheelchair and there is ceiling tracking hoists in all bedrooms together with sound proofed adjoining doors. There are also suites and deluxe penthouse rooms.

All guests are welcome to enjoy the hotels facilities which include a deluxe hydrotherapy pool, sensory room, café, bar and lounges. State of the art conference facilities are available for your meeting needs, whether you require a board meeting or full conference, our hotel provides a modern backdrop for discussions. We also accommodate residential/staff teambuilding and training conferences, full day, half day or one hour meetings - whatever your requirements, we are able to organize a package tailored for you and your company.

The Hotel has stunning views over the beach and is just a short distance from the town centre. Apart from the obvious beauty of the town and its surroundings, St. Annes on Sea and The Fylde Coast are renowned for the many attractions in the area, all of them of course with disabled facilities. For example Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Zoo & Gardens, The Sealife Centre and the Sandcastle which were specifically designed with the disabled visitor in mind.

Each guest will have the option to take part in a wide range of activities specifically designed to meet their individual needs or to
use the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area. Our activities are planned and organised with our in house Active8 team of carers, all of whom are licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority
(AALA). We believe that no disability should exclude anyone from the enjoyment and fulfillment that can be gained by participating in an outdoor adventure and we know that our Active8 staff will provide the professional expertise necessary to achieve these aims. The hotel will be approved by the British Council of Disabled People.
