Sleep Matters

Sleep Matters Sleep Matters is an insomnia self-help group that is managed by the Medical Advisory Service. The Medical Advisory Service mans telephone support lines which provide help on a wide variety of health-related topics. It is manned by work-disabled nurses.

The Ekbom Support Group

The Ekbom Support Group was formed in the United Kingdom in 1988 by Mrs. Eileen Gill and now has members in many parts of the world.
The aim of the group is to make the condition more widely known to the medical profession and the families of sufferers. Members receive a bi-annual newsletter.

The Scottish National Sleep Centre

The Scottish National Sleep Centre is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, and to the scientific investigation of the causes and consequences of sleep-related problems. We have a particular interest in the hypersomnolent disorders including the sleep apnoea/hypopnoea syndrome (SAHS), narcolepsy, and periodic limb movement syndrome (PLMS).
